President Vladimir Putin, on 1 March, directs his annual message to the Federal Assembly, where he will direct it in a huge hall with a large number of guests
He also talked about the arsenal and nuclear weapons owned by Russia, where he considered any attack on Russia and its allies would be considered a nuclear attack and therefore will be an immediate response.
He added that the principles and doctrine of the Russian army have not changed, as Russia reserves the right to retaliate and the use of nuclear weapons only if they used these weapons against it or against its allies.
The response would be quick and immediate with the consequences, he said, adding that Russia’s growing military strength was a guarantee of maintaining peace.
Putin also spoke of the development of a new system of new rockets, called the “Kangar” (dagger)
