The United States of America claimed that the Syrian Government may still use chemical weapons after a suspected chlorine attack in the opposition-controlled eastern region of Ghouta.
US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said his country was checking the information on the Syrian regime’s use of chemical weapons in the eastern Ghouta of Damascus. He added: “We are concerned about reports of the use of chlorine gas in the bombing of Syria,” noting that the United States, “is currently investigating information on the use of chemical weapons in Syria.”
Syria denied the allegations, and announced the words of Deputy Foreign Minister Faisal Miqdad that the more the Syrian army advanced, the Americans return to raise the file of the chemical.
